David Almona

Welcome! I’m Almona, born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria. I’m a recent graduate of Centre College, where I studied Economics with a minor in Data Science.

I enjoy working on data science and analytical problems, with a particular interest in sports analytics. Track and field and soccer are the sports I know best, and I’m still getting comfortable with basketball and football on the analytics side. Also a lifelong Tottenham Hotspur fan. #COYS.

Right now I’m focused on improving my Python, modeling, and machine learning skills, and keeping up with how the field is evolving.

Feel free to look at my resumé and the projects I’ve worked on.
